"kommunioun" wins 2 prizes at Filmpräis, including best Film

We’re happy to announce that “Kommunioun” (aka “Wolfkin”) has won BEST LUXEMBOURGISH FICTION FILM and Amandine Klee (DoP) has won BEST CREATIVE CONTRIBUTION at the 10th biannual “Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis”, ie. the Luxembourgish Oscars, organized by the Film Academy.

“Kommunioun” aka “Wolfkin” has been nominated for 4 categories at the upcoming Luxembourg film prize (Filmpräis):

  • Best Luxembourgish feature (fiction/animation)

  • Best actor (Victor Dieu)

  • Best actress (Marja-Leena Junker)

  • Best creatie contribution (DoP Amandine Klee)

This makes us especially happy coming from the Film Academy of Luxembourg, whose 400 members have voted to nominate us.

Now let’s hope the best for the official prize ceremony on November 11th!

"KOMMUNIOUN" part of Late Night Bizarre by Kinepolis

“Kommunioun (aka Wolfkin)” is part of the new Late Night Bizarre label at Luxembourg City Film Festival.

Late Night Bizarre by Kinepolis will highlight films that do not necessarily horror fall into the horror genre but that do contain elements of the surreal, the fantastic, the supernatural and the downright weird.

“Kommunioun” (aka Wolfkin) will première in Luxembourg at the prestigious Luxembourg City Film Festival, on March 4th.

This year, Iranian Oscar-winner Asghar Farhadi will preside over the competition jury.
